[SR] Decals not showing up in Projects

1.1. A user that has 2 Seats wants to know if they can run the same version of Lumion 2 times on the same PC.

Thank you for reaching out.

Sorry to hear Decals are not being displayed in your Projects. That is known to happen if the graphics card driver on the PC is outdated. 

Please check to see if that is the case:

If the problem persists even with the latest driver, send us the following information so we can help you troubleshoot this further:

1. A Diagnostics Report so we can check your system for issues.
